Delivered on time.
From start to finish, timelines should be made clear to you by our customer success rep. If we miss the deadline, we’ll refund 50% of the value of the gear, or you can refuse delivery and receive a 100% refund.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
Your gear should be come out as you expect it. If we ship faulty product we will either refund 50% of the value of the gear, or you can return the gear for a 100% refund. If the gear is not faulty, but you still wish to change the product, despite the product being custom, we will still allow you to initiate a return within 3 days of receiving the gear. Upon receiving the returned item, we will refund your full amount minus a 25% of retail Sample Restocking fee.
