Meet Mika
Mika Kurahashi has been a BE Ultimate sponsored athlete for the past two years, and 2026 is shaping up to be her biggest season yet. Based in Vancouver, she competes for the UBC Thunderbirds, Vancouver Seacows, and Team Canada. In 2025, she represented Canada at the World Games, earning a silver medal, and captained the U24 Mixed National Team to a second-place finish at Worlds.
At the collegiate level, Mika led UBC to a USAU National Championship and was named the 2025 Ultiworld D-I Women’s Player of the Year, adding to her previous All-American honors and recognition as one of the top players in the division. Known for her sharp field sense, explosive athleticism, and relentless drive, Mika continues to establish herself as one of the game’s premier talents.
